How much does your service cost as a buyer?
Nothing: when buying a new-build home, the agency fee is paid by the developer, so the home search, viewings, and loan and subsidy advisory are all completely free for you.
What state support can I use?
Good to know: our projects are premium downtown developments, so they do not qualify under Hungary’s Otthon Start Program. Other support may still be available depending on your situation: CSOK Plusz, interest-subsidized loans, VAT relief and duty relief. In a free consultation we go through exactly what you’re eligible for and handle the paperwork with you.
How long does the purchase process take?
From needs assessment to a tailored offer typically takes a few days, and from reservation to signing the contract, 2–4 weeks. The handover date depends on the chosen project’s progress — we give you an exact date per project.
How does payment work for a new-build home?
It typically starts with a reservation fee, followed by part of the down payment at contract signing; the remainder is paid in stages tied to construction progress or at handover. A bank loan can be included — we take the entire loan process off your hands.
I also have a property to sell — do you help with that?
Yes. We prepare a free appraisal, issue the energy certificate within 24 hours, and handle everything from listing to signing the contract. If the sale is tied to buying a new home, we coordinate the two transactions together.
Which project is best for investment purposes?
That depends on your budget, timeframe and return expectations. With yield calculations, rentability analysis and pre-market access, we help you make a data-driven decision — not one based on promises.
